Oil embargo

1. Whats the oil embargo? It’s when one country cant supply  it’s own oil like Japan in the 1940s but on December the 6, 1941 America stopped supplying Japan as Japan were planning an attack on the French Indo China (china). America thought wisely as Hawaii was the next place across the sea and if Japan took over America today they would all be speeking.
